Are you ready for your interview?

These are real questions consular officers ask — in the order and tone they ask them. In the mock interview we practice all of them, with your story, until you answer without hesitating.

Consular window Question 01 / 06

“What is the purpose of your trip?”

How it works

Three steps, zero hassle

01

You write to us

Message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you need: the process, the dates and where you stand. We answer honestly — even if what you need isn't us.

02

We review your documents

We look at what you already have, tell you what's missing and what isn't needed, and agree on price and delivery date before we start.

03

We prepare and deliver

Translation, letter or complete document package, carefully prepared and ready for its destination: USCIS, court, school or embassy. You receive the final document with a quality review — and we stay available in case you need anything else.

My guarantee is simple

Nobody can promise you a visa. Whoever promises you one is lying.

What I do promise is that you'll walk in prepared. And if you're still denied, your second prep session with me is free.

About me

I know both sides of the counter

I'm Kathy Zambrano: Colombian by birth, American by marriage. We lived our own immigration story from scratch, together: my visa, the integration paperwork, my two daughters' citizenship — all of it. Then I prepared much of my family and friends for their own visas, until it became a science.

Zaga Consulting is how I do for you what I've spent years doing for the people I love: honest preparation, in your language, with no false promises and nobody left to figure it out alone.

Frequently asked

What everyone asks me

Can you guarantee my visa?

No — and nobody can. The decision belongs solely to the consular officer. What I do guarantee is serious, honest preparation: real interview practice, your story well organized and your documents complete. And if you're denied, your second prep session is free.

Are you a lawyer? Is this legal advice?

I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. I offer interview preparation, document organization, personal support and translations. When a case needs an immigration lawyer (filings inside the U.S., green cards, family petitions), I refer you to a trusted licensed firm in Miami that I work hand-in-hand with.

Do we invent or "improve" my story?

Never. We work only with your real story. Lying or exaggerating in a consular interview can cost you a permanent refusal. My job is to help you tell your truth with clarity and confidence — not to dress it up.

What are the sessions like?

By video call (WhatsApp, Zoom or Meet), in Spanish or English, from any city. Sessions run 60–90 minutes and include prep material to review before your appointment.

How do I pay?

In Colombia: Nequi or bank transfer. From the U.S. or elsewhere: card or a payment link in dollars. I confirm everything over WhatsApp when you book.
